Match report by Justin Griffiths ...............

The Trallwm u-16s were up against one of last season's best teams - Seaside. Trallwm got off to a bad start by trailing after the first 10 minutes, but soon Seaside were caught out by a great through ball to Matthew Morris to equalize. Due to some sloppy play by Trallwm, an interception by Dean Phillips put through the pacy No.10 to put Seaside back in front. Eventually Trallwm found there tracks by confusing Seaside in a goalmouth scramble and Moz netted his second for the equalizer. Seaside again regained the lead to make it 3-2 at the interval.

During the half time interval some strong words from the manager Richard Davies (Big Rich) soon changed the Trallwm boys attitude towards the game. Paul Wright delivered a great corner for Justin Griffiths (GBH) to rise among defenders and head home the equaliser. Seaside never stopped surging forward and made thier efforts count by a well taken goal by thier no 10. Now trailing 4-3 Trallwm boys kept plugging away at the Seaside defence until a spectacular 25 yard lob by Paul Wright which brought it back to 4-4. The pace of the game showed who wanted victory most, with Trallwm still dertimined to get the win. Once again Matthew Morris showed what he does best by dribbling his way through and finishing in style for his hat-trick.

Now the game coming to its closing stages but everything was still there to be won. The seaside goalkeeper slipped whilst attempting to clear, resulting in a goal by Justin Griffiths (GBH) sprinting 20 yards to take the ball in his stride and secure the win. The final score 6-4 to the Trallwm tigers. But after the match we come upon a miss gravy browning yapping on about the language used by our innocent beloved manager (Big Rich) Rich just told her to beat it. The Trallwm boys felt sorry for Rich as we all know where he goes on Sundays (to praise God). Our men of the match went to Dale Rees/Matthew Morris
